Glam & Glow Salon Policy

1. Appointment Policy

  • Appointments are required for all services. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure your full service time is available.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a 50% service fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

3. Booking & Online Scheduling

  • You may book appointments online via our website or by contacting your preferred stylist directly.

  • Booth renters manage their own schedules; clients are encouraged to book directly with the artist.

4. Payments

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Square payments.

  • Full payment is expected at the time of service.

5. Salon Etiquette

  • Please respect other clients, stylists, and the salon environment.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • No smoking or vaping inside the salon.

6. Service Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right.

  • Some services, such as lash extensions or chemical treatments, may require touch-ups or follow-up appointments to achieve optimal results.

7. Health & Safety

  • We follow strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  • If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, please inform your stylist before your service.

8. Booth Rental Policies (For Renters)

  • Booth rentals are offered for licensed professionals only.

  • Renters set their own hours, services, and pricing.

  • Monthly rent is due on the agreed date; late payments may incur fees.

  • Booth renters are responsible for their own clients, bookings, and supplies.

  • All renters are expected to maintain the salon’s professional standards, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere.

9. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotions, discounts, or special offers may have specific terms and expiration dates.
